RELIT INFRATECH LIMITED, formerly known as National Energy Trading and Services Limited, is a leading private sector power trader in the country. It started its trading operations with a modest trading volume of 11.223 Million Units (MUs) in the financial year 2005-06 and has grown from strength to strength since then. Since inception, RELIT has recorded a cumulative trading volume around 33,000 MUs and a cumulative turnover in excess of Rs. 13,500 Crores. RELIT is the first private sector trader to start power banking transactions. RELIT is a Trading cum Clearing member on both Indian Energy Exchange (IEX) and Power Exchange of India Limited (PXIL).
RELIT is licensed as a Category I Power Trader with trading experience spanning all five power regions and covering all major utilities in Government and Private sector. Its customer base comprises all State Electricity Boards, Government and Private Distribution Licensees, Captive Power Producers, Independent Power Producers and Industrial consumers.
RELIT has the requisite technically and commercially strong power trading team having in-depth real time experience in executing power trading contracts. Further RELIT has fully equipped and operational control room to execute power trading contracts to the fullest satisfaction of all their esteemed customers.
